Refund policy
We accept returns for refund or store credit on products that are unopened and returned in the same condition they were received within 14 days of delivery. Please email us within this timeframe at hello@toothpasteology.com to receive your Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

When you choose to purchase from our product curation, you are investing in quality. Therefore, you can be assured your parcel should arrive in beautiful condition. If, for any reason, your order is not as you expected, please get in touch at hello@toothpasteology.com so we can help.
Sale Products
Sale items, unfortunately are not eligible for return for change of mind, unless faulty.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.Â
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please note: We do not offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser
Once you post back your return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
