Georganics Mouthwash Tablets - Peppermint

Drop one tablet into about 10ml of water — roughly a quarter of a glass.
Let it dissolve fully; a quick swirl helps it along.
Gargle and swish for at least 30 seconds.
Spit it out, and don't rinse with water afterwards — leave the goodness behind.
Use once a day, ideally after brushing. At one tablet a day, 180 tablets last around three months.

▸ Do I chew these or dissolve them?
Dissolve them. Drop one tablet into about 10ml of water, let it dissolve fully, gargle for at least 30 seconds, then spit out — there's no need to rinse with water afterwards.

▸ Should I use them before or after brushing?
After. Brushing clears the debris first, then the tablet finishes the job and leaves your mouth fresh. Once a day is plenty.

▸ How strong is the peppermint?
Cool and properly minty, but without the burn — there's no alcohol in them. The flavour comes from natural peppermint oil. If you'd prefer something softer, the Spearmint version is milder.

▸ What's actually in them?
Sodium bicarbonate to neutralise acids and reduce plaque, peppermint oil for its antibacterial properties and fresh breath, plus menthol and thymol. No fluoride, SLS or glycerin, and 99% natural origin.

▸ How long will one jar last?
180 tablets at one a day is roughly three months. The glass jar refills, so you keep the dispenser and simply top it up.

▸ Can children use them?
They suit children who can gargle and spit reliably without swallowing, usually from around six. Supervise younger children and keep the jar out of reach.
