Drop one tablet into about 10ml of water — roughly a quarter of a glass.
Let it dissolve fully; a quick swirl helps it along.
Gargle and swish for at least 30 seconds.

▸ Do I chew these or dissolve them?
Dissolve them. Drop one tablet into about 10ml of water, let it dissolve fully (a quick swirl helps), gargle for at least 30 seconds, then spit out without rinsing. They aren't designed to be chewed like a toothpaste tablet.

▸ Do they foam like ordinary mouthwash?
They fizz gently as the sodium bicarbonate dissolves, but they won't foam like a detergent-based rinse — there's no SLS in them. You still get a properly clean, fresh mouth.

▸ How long will one jar last?
180 tablets at one a day is about three months. The glass jar is refillable, so you can top it up rather than replace it.

▸ Is it a problem that they're fluoride-free?
No. Mouthwash isn't most people's main source of fluoride — that's usually toothpaste. These are made for anyone who prefers a fluoride-free routine. If you're at high risk of decay, ask your dentist what's right for you.

▸ Can I take them on a plane?
