1. Wet your toothbrush with a small amount of water.
Squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste onto the bristles.
2. Place the toothbrush in your mouth at a 45-degree angle, with half of the bristles covering your teeth and half covering your gums.
3. Gently brush using circular or back-and-forth motions, starting with the top right-hand side of your teeth and moving to the top left, then lower left, and finally lower right.
4. Make sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth by turning the toothbrush as needed.
Pay extra attention to brushing down to the gums, where bacteria often collects.
5. Spit out any remaining toothpaste and smile (we recommend not rinsing your mouth to allow the ingredients to bond to your teeth).
