Brush gently for 2 full minutes to let the probiotics do their thing.

After brushing, spit but don’t rinse - this helps the probiotics stay and work longer.

▸ Which probiotic does Boka Probiotic toothpaste contain?
Lactobacillus paracasei, a live strain carried in the paste alongside nano-hydroxyapatite. It is why Boka recommends spitting without rinsing — rinsing washes the culture straight out.

▸ What does Peppermint Blossom taste like?
Peppermint and spearmint led, with a floral ylang-ylang note underneath that takes the sharp edge off. It is the more traditional of the two Boka Probiotic flavours; Citrus Mint is the zesty one.

▸ How is Boka Probiotic different from Boka Whitening?
Both are built on nano-hydroxyapatite. The Probiotic range adds a live oral probiotic strain on top of that base. If you already brush with Ela Mint and are curious about the microbiome side of oral care, this is the equivalent step across.

▸ Does it contain fluoride?
No. Boka uses nano-hydroxyapatite (n-Ha) in place of fluoride across its range. Peppermint Blossom is fluoride-free and free from sulfates, parabens, and artificial flavours and colours.

▸ Should I rinse after brushing?
Boka recommends spitting without rinsing. Leaving the paste in contact with your teeth for longer is the intended way to use it, and rinsing sends both the n-Ha and the probiotic culture down the sink.

▸ Does it whiten teeth?
It contains hydroxyapatite and hydrated silica, which gently polish away surface stains from coffee, tea and red wine. There is no peroxide in it, so expect a gradual change over several weeks rather than an overnight result.
