How to use...

Use a pea-sized amount on a soft-bristled manual or electric brush.
Brush twice daily for two minutes, covering every surface of every tooth — outside, inside and chewing side.
Wait at least 30 minutes after eating before you brush.
Spit, do not rinse — leaving a thin film of toothpaste lets the fluoride keep working.

▸ What does 1450ppm fluoride actually mean?
It is the concentration of fluoride in the paste — 1450 parts per million. That is the standard adult dose most dental professionals recommend, and the same level used in most conventional toothpastes. Here it is delivered as sodium monofluorophosphate.

▸ What are the four stain removal agents?
Calcium carbonate, hydrated silica, kaolin and perlite — four naturally sourced minerals that gently polish the tooth surface. They lift the marks left by coffee, tea and red wine rather than bleaching the tooth itself.

▸ How is this different from Pro Whitening and Bio Balance?
Enamel Protect is the base formula the other two are built on. Pro Whitening adds hydroxyapatite and vitamin B12; Bio Balance brings in oral probiotics instead. If you do not need either, this is the same paste without the premium.

▸ Will it actually whiten my teeth?
It lifts surface staining, so teeth look brighter as those marks come off — gradually, over weeks of twice-daily brushing. It will not change the natural underlying shade of your teeth; nothing short of professional bleaching does that.

▸ Is it suitable for children?
It is an adult formula at 1450ppm fluoride. Children need a lower-fluoride paste and a smaller amount than an adult pea — ask your dental professional what is right for your child's age.
