1/ Shake well before each use.
2/ Place 10ml (one large spoonful) into mouth.
3/ Swish for at least 2 minutes, gradually increasing to 10 minutes over time.
4/ Discard oil into waste basket to avoid clogged drains. DO NOT SWALLOW.
5/ Rinse mouth with water and brush teeth.

▸ How do you use Davids Oil Pulling Oral Rinse?
Take roughly a teaspoon to a tablespoon, swish it gently around your mouth and between your teeth for a few minutes, then spit it out. It's an easy step to add to your morning routine — many people do it before brushing.

▸ Do you swallow it or spit it out?
Spit it out — don't swallow it. Because coconut oil can solidify, spit it into a bin or tissue rather than down the sink to avoid blocking your drain. Rinse with water afterwards if you like.

▸ How long should you oil pull for?
A few minutes is plenty — many people aim for around five minutes and build up over time. There's no need to overdo it; do what feels comfortable and fits your routine.

▸ Is it the same as mouthwash?
Not quite. A traditional mouthwash is a water-based rinse, while this is an oil-based rinse for oil pulling. Some people use it instead of, or alongside, their usual routine — it comes down to what you enjoy.
