Oh Care h2 Mouthwash is a fluoride free daily rinse built around hyaluronic acid — the humectant best known from skincare — with xylitol and a peppermint and spearmint blend. It is 100% alcohol free, vegan, made in Australia, and comes in a 320ml recyclable bottle.

Alcohol is the thing most people quietly dislike about conventional mouthwash. It carries the flavour and gives that sharp antiseptic hit, but it is also why so many rinses sting on the way in and leave your mouth feeling parched a few minutes later. There is none of it here. No alcohol, no sodium lauryl sulphate, no triclosan.

In its place sits hyaluronic acid, which holds onto water, alongside glycerin and propanediol. After brushing and flossing, swish 20ml around the mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. For best results avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterwards. Use twice daily alongside brushing and flossing.
