A 113 g charcoal toothpaste with hydroxyapatite, coloured grey by charcoal powder and flavoured with yuzu citrus over peppermint and field mint oils.

Don’t let the dark hue deceive you; Boka Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste in Charcoal Yuzu Mint is a burst of refreshing yuzu citrus with a hint of mint. Charcoal powder turns the paste grey in the tube and on the brush, while yuzu and peppermint keep the flavour bright.

Crafted with Binchotan Japanese charcoal powder, the paste pairs the charcoal with calcium carbonate, hydrated silica and baking soda as polishing agents, and Boka rates it 72 on the RDA abrasivity scale, where 250 is the ceiling for daily use. Together they polish the teeth and help lift surface stains.

At the base is hydroxyapatite (HA), the mineral that makes up about 97% of tooth enamel, as in every Boka toothpaste.

Xylitol and coconut oil sit alongside the charcoal and hydroxyapatite, with peppermint and field mint oils under the yuzu. The refreshing mint adds a final touch to leave the mouth feeling clean and fresh.

How to use

Apply a pea-sized amount to your brush (No need to wet the bristles) and brush for 2 minutes, 2 times per day. Do not rinse after use.
