It is an ingredient made by fermenting Lactobacillus. Bio Balance carries it alongside 1450ppm fluoride, xylitol and a triple-mint blend, in place of the bicarb used elsewhere in the PÄRLA range.

Yes. It foams with cocamidopropyl betaine instead of sodium lauryl sulfate, and it is made without palm oil or artificial sweeteners. Xylitol and stevioside sweeten it.

Clean, straightforward mint. Three mint oils (arvensis, spearmint and peppermint) with menthol, and xylitol and stevioside for sweetness. No artificial sweeteners.

The tube and the lid are both aluminium. The tube holds 75ml, and the same aluminium tube is used across the PÄRLA toothpastes we stock.

PÄRLA is a UK oral care brand. This paste is vegan, palm oil free, SLS free and never tested on animals, and it comes in a 75ml aluminium tube.

It is formulated as an adult toothpaste at 1450ppm fluoride. For children, ask your dental professional which toothpaste and how much suits their age.
