Georganics Oil Pulling Mouthwash - Sweet Orange

Measure out about one teaspoon (≈10ml). If the oil has set in cold weather, warm the bottle in your hands first.
Swish it gently around your mouth and between your teeth for 5–10 minutes — work up to 20 as you get used to it. Don't gargle or swallow; the oil traps bacteria as you go.
Spit into the bin, not the sink — coconut oil can solidify and block drains.
Rinse your mouth with warm water, then brush as normal.
Use daily, ideally first thing in the morning before eating.

▸ Does it taste sweet? Is there sugar in it?
There's no sugar and no sweetener. The flavour comes from sweet orange oil, which reads as gently citrusy and mild rather than sugary — a softer option if mint isn't for you.

▸ Is citrus oil safe for teeth?
Yes. This is orange essential oil in a coconut-oil base, not orange juice, so there's none of the acidity that concerns people about citrus and enamel. It's also free from alcohol, abrasives and bleaching agents.

▸ Why choose orange over the mint versions?
Mainly taste. Some people can't tolerate mint, find it too sharp first thing in the morning, or avoid it alongside homeopathic remedies. Orange gives you the same coconut-oil clean with a warmer, gentler finish.

▸ Can children use it?
It suits children from around six, provided they can swish and spit reliably without swallowing. Supervise younger children, and bear in mind oil pulling asks for several minutes of swishing.

▸ Why has the oil gone solid?
Coconut oil sets below roughly 24°C. Warm the bottle in your hands for a minute and it liquefies again — nothing is wrong with it.

▸ How should I store it?
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, with the cap closed. There's no need to refrigerate — that will only make it set harder.
