At its core is hydroxyapatite (HA), the mineral that makes up about 97% of tooth enamel, used here as the key ingredient of the Hydroxiâ„¢ formula. Combined with a limestone-derived calcium carbonate abrasive, hydrated silica, birch xylitol and baking soda, it delivers a thorough, gentle clean that leaves teeth feeling polished and fresh after every brush.

Too early to tell. Is expensive, but works well. However, until I see a dentist and find that the product is living up to what it claims, it'll sit at 3 stars based on price alone with no seen evidence of any improvement. Been using for 3 weeks now and nothing noticeable yet.
